In the aftermath of her explosive plane fight and divorce filing, Angelina Jolie has reportedly whisked away her six kids to a Malibu rental home away from their fatherBrad Pitt. Take a
look inside the not-so-humble beachside abode!
Which kids are doubling up? The California mansion is 4,409 square feet, and features five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Quite a pretty penny! The news digs costs a whopping $95,000 per month.
Amid the crisis, the family— minus Pitt, of course— can relax in their private pool.
Furious and scheming: According to Us Weekly, Jolie, 41, planned to move into her new place before filing papers earlier this week.
Suffering children Maddox, 15, Pax, 12,Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and Knox andVivienne, 8, can also enjoy panoramic ocean views.
The home allegedly sold for $8.5 million in 2010, and new neighbors include Julia Roberts and Sean Penn.
It’s not yet clear which parents will get which homes in their collection of shared real estate. Property includes the Chateau Miraval in southern France, a New Orleans mansion and a luxury apartment in New York’s famous Waldorf Astoria hotel.
The property is secluded, covered in greenery and separated from the public by a stone path.
Jolie filed for divorce just days after Pitt allegedly became volatile with her and the children on their private jet. (The actor’s friends have denied any abusive behavior.)
Sources says the couple also fought in recent months over Jolie’s failed directorial and acting efforts, and Pitt’s partying binges.
Pitt also shared “insane chemistry” withAllied costar Marion Cotillard, 40 on the London set earlier this year, reportedly infuriating his then wife.
